The Worlingham Property Company purchased its first property in Worlingham in 1975
from its sister company V C Cooke & Son Ltd. And since then it has been based in Ellough,
however only very recently the company has moved into Worlingham. 

The WPC office has been purpose built to the highest standard with Air source heat pump,
triple glazing and water harvesting, as well as installation to the highest possible standard. 
Kevin took time in sourcing the right materials with which to build from and sourced from 
across the world including Australia and Austria. 

As with all the WPC properties it is built to the finest standards.
