The Worlingham Property Company Ltd is a small family run business based on the outskirts of the picturesque Waveney Valley town of Beccles in Suffolk. At WPC we pride ourselves on always giving our existing and any potential tenants the best personal treatment that only a small family company can offer or maintain throughout the life of a tenancy.Having built all the properties ourselves we take pride in the quality of the property and manage to maintain them at the highest possible standards. The Company has a variety of rental properties and Industrial Units.
DIRECTOR
KEVIN COOKE
Kevin has been involved in or around the construction and property industry all his life and has been involved in building all of the properties in the WPC portfolio. This background and knowledge on all of the properties has enabled Kevin to continue to develop and maintain the new and existing projects that now form part of the Worlingham Property Company’s portfolio of businesses.
Kevin was also the Managing Director of V C Cooke & Son Ltd which is adjacent to the Moor Business Park, this business was sold in 2005 and has allowed Kevin the time to concentrate on the WPC business solely. Kevin is married, has two children and five grandchilden. He's lived and worked in Suffolk & Norfolk all his life.
COMPANY SECRETARY
NICOLA WRIGHT
Nicola joined the Company in 2003 after the retirement of the company’s long term secretary making the Worlingham Property Company a truly family business.
Nicola is Kevin’s daughter and her career history includes banking and insurance and she has also recently started working for her children’s school in Lowestoft.
Nicola is married with two children and has lived in Suffolk for most of her life.
